Is there a way for a guild leader to send a message (PM or MOTD style) to all guildies? Would be great but don't see that as being a possibility.

In game I do not know of a way. In the forums, you could PM one, and add the other people into the TO: box

Can we setup a distro list on the website maybe that would do it.

Kaw, I don't see a way to add a distribution list for PMs. Was unsuccessful when goggling for an answer as well.
