Just a heads up that one of our player's anti-virus software detected a threat from one of the ads served by the Gamesite200 voting site. The ad does not appear to be served all the time (the ads rotate), and Gamesite200 may be completely unaware that the malicious ad is being served. The player's anti-virus software did its job, detected and removed the threat. Keep in mind that WP has no control over what ads are served by third party websites.

This serves a a good reminder that all players should be running some sort of anti-virus software before ever connecting to the internet. There are bad people out there, and they just want to rain on your parade.

Judging from the source of the page reported, the ad is being served by googlesyndication.com which does ads on like 99% of the websites out there. That's one of the tactics of malware producers: buy an ad on a legit service, then switch it for malicious software once the ad begins to be served.

Keep that antivirus up to date!
