I noticed that he has donation tickets ($0.25 per ticket) but I was wondering how many tickets will I get when I exchange the artifacts with him.

Vapress I am glade you asked this question. It gives me the chance to address this issue. Many beleive that the .25 cent trade in value for 10 artifacts is harsh. But I would like to point this out. We here at W.P. beleive that this is an awsome value. Most shards that accept donations to help cover expense cost, do not allow for any means to acheive the thank you gifts for donating, except by donating. We understand that not all players have the ability to donate, but these same players still love to play here. With hard work this allows those devoted players to still earn those thank you gifts. Yes it may be a hard goal, but they are earning in-game items that normal can only be gotten as a Thank you gift for donating for real life expenses. Also, there is no rule against a player selling these .25 cent tickets so if another player is selling them in game, they can be bought/sold from player to player. I know this was not your question Vapress but I used your question as a jump off point to address some other concerns. I hope you do not mind.
