Human Bio vs Beast Bio - The Disparity

I have a couple bio pets. One human one with "very high" potency of all 3 DNAs and the Counter Heal special. I also have a beast Bio with equally "very high" DNA, and counter heal special.

Gameplay wise, the human bio can equip gear and bandaids. This helps alot, but how much does it help? Read on.

My human bio, in star hunter gear, a shield, and any weapon can solo the entire rat, rabbit, crafter champs. Can probably solo dragon and undead champs but im not that patient. He can also solo all of doom and Dark Father without my heals while appearing to take no damage.

My beast bio pet... can't solo a single dragon in Destard if a random wyvern gets added to the fight. His 800 hp gets chopped down by hundreds a hit.

Now, when I search online about bio pets, I read that beast pets are supposed to default to 75 or 80 of all resists to compensate for not equipping gear. Mine has in the 40's. I know Whispering Pines is it's own world with it's own rules, but the disparity between the two types of pets that require equal dedication to obtain are polar opposites. This is no real issue for myself as I have another, but I feel for a player who spends the time it takes to make one, and chooses beast.
