So glad to have found this server

So I'm the new guy that's been full of questions in [c lately. I'd like to introduce myself a bit...
I'm a grinder of a gamer... I love diving headfirst into a challenge and churning away at it until my goal is accomplished. I'm sure many of you have noticed this by now with the server spamming my deaths the past couple days. The goal was to find a max lvl 30 dragon and I finally did! Anyways, back to my "bio"... I played UO OSI (Catskills) for years back in high school and college. Players named B.O.B. and Domini .. that's me. I know a few of you were from Catskills so I'll drop DB4, SX, and Danceswithwolves on ya... Then I ventured away to WoW, where I raided pretty competitively in a US Top 20 guild. I got sick of that late last year and then this past week, I renewed my love with UO. I must say, Whispering Pines is EXACTLY what I was looking for. PvM with tons of things to do... LOVE IT!
With that said, I'd like to thank so many of you for a very warm welcome, both players and admin. You've all been very friendly and helpful. I'm full of questions and I appreciate your patience with me. Like I said, I'm a grinder and a bit of a power-gamer so I love pushing myself to get the best stuff and do the best.
I've looked over the forums and site in general and found this note: "The lack of a wiki for WP is not an oversight, but rather a way for players to rediscover the game without a lot of details of how to complete/finish a task or quest. The thought here is to cause more interaction on the shard as knowledge is shared and passed along. That being said, the Forums and History tabs are a great place to search for clues and explanations regarding many of WP's systems and creations."
While I'm not trying to be a beggar, I'd love some nudges in the right direction as to how to get better geared. Whether it be "go do this quest" or "this is a great spot to farm" or "go explore!" I'm still wearing mostly the newb gear from the starter quest and a couple pieces of Star Hunter gear.
Anyways, you certainly don't have to post anything here, but shoot me a [pm if you have any suggestions as to where to go to grind/farm. I'm not looking for any handouts because farming/hunting is the most fun part of the game for me!
Thanks for reading and see you out there!
Lastly, the ones of you that have REALLY helped me (you know who you are), please know that I will do everything I can to pay you back once I get to your level!
