This may have been posted previously but I could not locate it, is there a way to directly deposit gold into the checkbook? I just got a checkbook and was wondering if it's possible to deposit directly from corpses using grab [g or some other setup.

You can't send it there automatically but it does have a "fill from pack" command available via single-click. You can also drag & drop piles of gold onto it.

I personally think the best way is to set up a Razor macro. Record - Single click checkbook - Choose Refill from stock - Stop Macro
Make it a Key so you can hit it quickly when you get heavy.
