tFc is pleased to announce we are establishing the first ever public auction on shard. Some of you that have been around for a while may remember that tFc had an auction house that was also our vendor house in the original town of Embers.
We had plans back then to establish this auction but due to the fact that we did not have a script to track the bids we never had the first auction. That has chanced thanks to the efforts of Epi! Epi tFc thanks you for your work on our script.
Now! I’m sure you’re wondering when this auction will be held. Best answer I can give right now is that it will be soon. We need items to be auctioned off and to get our staff trained and prepared for the first auction.
TFC MEMBERS:
Please see the post under the guild forum for instructions on being staff for the auctions.
We will offer proxy bids that can be submitted in advance of the live auctions. This will allow those who want to place bids for items but will not be online at the time of the auction. Bids submitted in advance of the live auctions will be the starting bid on items in the live auction. If no one bids the minimum or out bids you the proxy bid will win the item.
To submit items:
- Get a bag and a book
- Put your name in the book
- Specify If you auction is for gold or tokens
- Put the description of your item in the book
- Put you starting bid amount (if any)
- Place the bag, with your book and the item(s) you are auctioning in the donation box on the steps at the tFc auction house.
- Use a new book and bag for every auction you are submitting. Multiple items submitted in a single bag will be considered as a group to be auctioned for one price.
Commissions:
5% on all sales. No fees for items not sold.
NOTE:
We will be putting books and bags in the purple box at the auction house but that will not be till this weekend. (Please do not abuse this, we encourage you to buy your own but if you need a book or a bag feel free to get one from the box)
We will announce here on the forums the date / time for the first auction once we've collected enough items to schedule the first auction.
