Repeat key sequence

I thought there was a repeat key sequence... ie: I type in general chat '[c please step to the back of the bus'

I thought there was a key combo that I could use to repeat that phrase without retyping it.... Is there???

Control-Q will scroll through everything you have typed in previously.
